Once you’ve returned your items to the merchant they will have to process and approve your return.
While this is happening your payments will continue to be debited on the scheduled dates.
We have to wait for this to happen before we can settle your account, otherwise Openpay would be left carrying the cost of any disputed returns.
As soon as the merchant has approved your return, we’ll refund any money owed to you.
