My Card has been Lost or Stolen
We suggest contacting your bank immediately to cancel your card.
Once you have done that, please contact our Customer Service Team for immediate assistance. Our Customer Service Team is available Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm AEST on 1300 168 359 or alternatively by contacting us online here.
My Card has Expired
If your card is about to expire or has expired, you can simply change the card used for your repayments or add a new card to your account on the Openpay App. (How do I update my card details?)
Please be aware that we can only accept cards that are in your name. We are unable to accept cards belonging to anyone other than the account holder. (What cards does Openpay accept?)
If you do not have an alternative card to use then please get in touch with our Customer Service Team and they will be happy to help you out.
