When assessing which plans to approve, we take into account a number of different factors.
It’s worth considering the following to see if you any might be affecting our assessment for your new plan:
- Are there enough funds on your card? Generally, we check to see you’ll be able to pay the first instalment due at checkout.
- How much do you have left to repay? It might therefore help to pay off some of your active plans.
- What’s the value of the order you’re trying to place? If you’re declined for a plan, it be worth reducing the value of your shopping cart.
- How many active plans do you currently have with us?
