Your payments may be overdue
If you have any outsanding payments overdue by more than 3 days, as part of Openpay's committment to being a responsible lender, we may lock your account from future spending.
Once your overdue payments are made, your account will be automatically unlocked, unless your payments were overdue by more than 3 weeks (see below).
I don't have any overdue payments or I've paid out my account
If any of your previous installments on a plan fall behind by more than 3 weeks, your account may remain locked and may require an internal review before we can unlock it.
Your account will also need to fully paid off before we can begin the review process.
This is part of Openpay's BNPL Code of Conduct and ensures that we remain a responsible lender as per industry requirements.
