Openpay makes paying for your purchases easy and stress free, but we’re not responsible for handling or shipping the products you purchase.
The merchant is always responsible for the quality of the product/service as well as the delivery of that product/service you have purchased from them.
If your delivery is taking longer than expected to arrive, or your order has arrived damaged or with parts missing, you will need to contact the merchant you have purchased from directly. Only the merchant can amend your order value or quantity in any way. We’ll action any instructions they send us almost instantaneously.
You can normally find the merchant’s contact details on their website or on the delivery note from them. Please be aware they may have a process to follow to track/identify any missing orders or damaged goods.
In the meantime, we will need to continue collecting your instalments.
