Why has my account been locked?
Openpay assesses credit criteria when a customer requests an increase to their spending limit. Unfortunately, if the credit information returned to us does not meet our credit criteria, your account may be restricted and prevented from further lending.
Openpay is committed to being a responsible lender and ensuring a good experience for all our customers. As a result, Openpay must act in accordance with Openpay’s lending criteria and terms and conditions, which are available online here.
When will my account be unlocked?
If you have an active plan with Openpay, or have previously completed a plan with us - you may be eligible for a review.

What happens to my current plans with Openpay?
Any current payment plans you have with Openpay will not be affected, and you can still access your account to complete your repayments.
