There are a few easy ways in which to update your nominated card with Openpay.
If your card is lost or stolen and you are waiting for a new one to arrive, please let us know by Contacting Us below.
If you wish to update from the home screen, click on your name in the top left-hand corner of the screen and then click on the Payment Types menu option. You can then add your new card.
You can also add and assign new cards to each individual plan that you have with Openpay.
To do this, click into the active plan you wish to amend in the Plans or Payments menu options on the bottom screen menu.
After you've selected the plan, click on the card information tab.
You will then be shown a selection of currently active cards on your profile to choose from. If you want to add a new card not on file, simply click on Add payment type. You will then be prompted to add a new card which will become the default card for that particular plan.
Please note: As each purchase is unique, you will need to follow this process for each plan if you have multiple active plans.

Please never email your card details to us or leave these details on a messaging or a social media service. We cannot accept card information via email for security reasons.
