We sometimes pre-authorise a payment on your chosen card before you create a plan. This holds the payment amount temporarily. Then, once the plan is created, this pre-authorisation is converted into an actual charge which counts towards your initial payment.
If the purchase is not completed, the pre-authorisation might not be removed straight away (this depends on your bank). These held funds are usually returned to your card within a few days!

You’ll need to tell us the date and the amount of the transaction, and the last four digits of the payment card.
